UM6P Opens New Branch in France

On January 24, 2024, University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) inaugurated its first branch in Paris, aiming to serve as a pivotal link between Morocco and Africa, and France and Europe.

The University envisions UM6P France as a ‘bridge’ connecting these regions and facilitating academic and entrepreneurial exchanges. It will focus on executive training and tailored support for researchers and innovative entrepreneurs interested in contributing to the development of the African continent.

UM6P France is set to launch the first Euro-African lab for green tech startups, covering areas such as hydrogen, agri-tech, clean tech, and med tech (biotech).

This represents a pivotal initiative by University Mohammed VI Polytechnic to enhance academic, research, and entrepreneurial ties between Morocco and France, with potential positive implications for broader Mediterranean cooperation.
