UNAI co-sponsors meeting in Paris
The United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), one of IAUP’s closest partners, is convening an academic gathering with the purpose of discussing the role of universities and their social and intellectual responsibility on the question of Climate Change and its consequences as well as other issues related to sustainable development.
Given that academics of all universities in the world, that will be present in Paris for the COP 21, will take part only as mere observers, you may consider this opportunity to participate in an academic meeting where you will have the opportunity to be part of the discussion.
We believe that this responsibility cannot be delegated and, therefore, must be assumed by the universities as a commitment to Humanity. For that, lectures, academics and personalities invited will meet in Paris where they will have an academic forum to propose strategic guidelines in order to ponder and discuss what universities all over the world must do now to take care of our common house: The Earth.
