IAUP at the World Women Presidents Forum in China
The IAUP actively participated in the 10th edition of the World Women Presidents Forum (WWUPF), held from May 25th to 28th in Changchun, in the Jilin province of China. This impactful event garnered an estimated 1500 attendees. Dr. Fernando León García, President of IAUP, played a key role as a virtual speaker during the event’s Opening Ceremony, delivering a thought-provoking address on “Establishing a Global Higher Education Community in the Post-Pandemic Era”.
The WWUPF, in its tenth installment, provided a unique opportunity for educational leaders from around the world to come together and share innovative ideas, experiences, and strategies that promote equity and inclusion in higher education, serving as a platform for enriching discussions and collaborations.
