Dr. Sabur Khan sworn in as President of AUAP
On November 19, 2022, Dr. Sabur Khan, Founder of Daffodil International University and Daffodil Group of Companies, and active member of the IAUP, became the first Bangladeshi to be named President of the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP), for the period of 2023-2024.
IAUP President Dr. Fernando Leon Garcia was present at the installation ceremony on the second day of the 15th General Conference of the AUAP that concluded recently in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The AUAP represents nearly 6,000 universities in Asia and the Pacific region.
